I help individuals figure out how to get unstuck by drawing connections between the past and present and developing a skill set for moving forward. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help clients discover the connections between unhelpful thinking patterns, and emotional and behavioral responses. The field of neuropsychology helps us understand and treat emotional dis-regulation such as an anger and anxiety. I see myself as a teacher, & navigator and I see therapy as a collaborative process. I have a wholistic view of wellness and include movement, healthy eating, meditation and sleep into treatment plans. I strive to practice what I teach, so you will find me in the kitchen preparing nutritious meals, being active outdoors, relaxing with family and dogs, and just trying to live a good life.
Effective June 3, 2024, I will no longer offer in-office sessions. All services will be conducted via Spring Health’s Zoom platform.
