I look forward to getting to know you—where you are now, how you got here, and the dreams for an easeful, more meaningful, more connected life that are taking root within you. Together, we’ll create space for you to reconnect with yourself and loosen the grip of survival patterns like fight, flight, freeze, faint, or fawn.
I'm certified in EMDR and DARe, a somatic attachment model. Using body-oriented, imagery-based approaches and tools like Polyvagal Theory and the Window of Tolerance, I’ll help you recognize what's happening internally and attune to what’s truly needed in the moment. We’ll also work gently with the parts of you shaped by early survival experiences, so that your coping strategies can grow and serve you better in your adult life now.
Our sessions will balance building on your strengths, developing nourishing practices, processing past experiences, and preparing for future ones with more ease and less anxiety. As you grow, I’ll reflect the deepening steadiness and self-connection I see emerging in you.
I offer in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
