Welcome! My name is Cinthia Piedra and Im looking forward to working with you along your life journey in a non judgmental and compassionate way.
As your therapist, my role is to provide a safe space for you to get to the root of your priority concerns and welcome you to explore deeper layers of yourself. With the education and experience I have received, I believe working together and incorporating your voice in treatment is essential to building your own self-autonomy. I use a strengths-based approach and incorporate psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, along with others to create a treatment plan that will be aligning with your highlighted needs. What is important to you will be important to me. I believe that we are our own experts of our story and I will assist you in identifying the resources that you already innately possess to bring about positive changes in your life.
