Hello! My practice offers in person and Telehealth biopsychoosocial assessments and psychotherapy treatments in New York and in Puerto Rico. I treat children, adolescents, adults and also provide family, couples and group therapy. Approximately 50% of my practice are individuals with anxiety disorders and OCD. I am of Puerto Rican descent and have dedicated my career to working with diverse ethnic and racial populations as well as LGBTQ communities in both New York and Puerto Rico. At present, 80% of my practice are Latinx folks and people of color. I have over 20 years of specialized training and experience treating individuals with OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism and PTSD. I provide individualized treatment utilizing a combination of cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) including ERP, ACT and ABA. In 2019, I completed the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) program provided by the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation (IOCDF).
