I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and a proud member of the gender diverse and LGBTQIA+ community, bringing over 15 years of lived experience and more than 8 years of professional experience working with transgender and gender nonconforming individuals. I specialize in supporting adults navigating the complexities of identity, acceptance, and self-discovery while building resilience in living as our authentic selves. I also work with adults who are struggling to form or maintain healthy relationships—both with themselves and others—focusing on attachment, connection, and emotional growth. I offer a safe, affirming space for our community to find connection and authenticity with each other and ourselves.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I draw from modalities such as attachment theory, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness practices to meet each person where they are. Whether you're exploring your identity, processing past experiences, or seeking deeper connection in your relationships, I strive to create a space that honors your lived experience and empowers your growth. I believe healing happens in relationship—with us, with others, and within supportive, affirming therapeutic connections.
In our work together, you can expect to develop a clearer, more confident sense of who you are. We'll focus on building self-awareness and understanding what really matters to you, so you can feel more grounded in yourself and your choices.
*I can also provide letters for those seeking gender affirming surgeries 18 years and older. I use an informed consent model, follow WPATH standards, and provide documentation needed for insurances. I typically meet with clients for a few sessions and we will work directly together on the documentation. Please schedule yourself in any intake slot (or ask a Spring Health care coordinator to reach out to me directly if you do not see availability on my calendar).
