My journey to becoming a psychotherapist was born out of personal experiences, growing up in a community and culture where mental health was and still is stigmatized. I appreciate the uniqueness that makes you who you are.
I will support you to navigate challenges such as trauma, self-identify/image issues, anxiety, feelings of sadness and not being enough, challenges dealign with family dynamics, learning how to communicate with loved ones. I will also support you while navigating challenges in relationships, building boundaries and dealign with infidelity.
Therapy is not a one size fits all. Therefore, I will work with you, providing a safe non-judgmental space as you process and explore life challenges. You have taken the first step. I want to walk this journey with you as you navigate and gain back your true self.
