My philosophy for therapy is that we make our own choices, but we need to make healthy choices. Every day is a new day to choose to live a healthier life, and it all starts with you. I like to mix Existential and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches together to help understand how our patterns of behavior affect our life, but that we can re-learn how to create healthier patterns of behavior. Often we do many things automatically and this might not lead us down the path in life we want to take, but there is always a fork in the road where we can choose which way to go. If we don't see the signs, we might miss an opportunity to live the life we want. And this is why I am here to help you recognize the signs and to take the road in life you want. I will walk with you on this journey of life so that we can make healthier choices.
