Let my 20 years plus of experience work for you! If you want to be heard, challenged, and validated, you are in the right place. If you wish to actively engage in the healing process, you are in the right place. I consider it an honor to walk with you as part of your healing journey. I have worked with individuals, couples, the elderly, youth, and everyone in between. I am trained in EMDR and CBT and spiritual counseling. I also incorporate other skills and techniques into our sessions. I use various tools to help, including videos, books, journaling, and much more. I do not do FMLA or disability paperwork. My hours are Mon – Thursday 10a to 5p for Telehealth; Tuesday and Thursday 10a- 5p for In person first preference; Two Sundays a month. Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a second email via Simple Practice. All telehealth sessions will be done on Springhealth platform unless instructed otherwise
