Hey, I'm so glad you're here! As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe strengthening your mental health is very important for a happy and healthy lifestyle. Majority of my experience I've spent working in the school system with children ages 3-18. The children that I worked with struggled with issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD and ODD. My experience with working with adults, I have had the opportunity in assisting with parenting issues, relationship issues, adjustment disorders, work related issues and many more. I enjoy working along side of my clients while they work to accomplish whatever their goal maybe.
