I work with individuals on implementing practical solutions and learning coping skills in order to increase their self-confidence and enhance their ability to cope with life's stressors. I believe that I can help you understand your relationships and the root cause of problematic beliefs and behaviors to develop the steps needed for a happy and healthy life. My treatment modality encompasses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Brief/Solution Focused Therapy, and Client Centered Therapy. An integral part of my work with clients includes establishing a collaborative and therapeutic alliance, identifying goals, and developing practical solutions. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression in teens and adults. I am committed to helping individuals with the issues that are affecting their personal growth and relationships.
