My counseling style is structured and question focused. I work with clients to find solutions, that will move them toward healing. Homework, counseling activities and structured sessions are my specialty. Working with me will require effort but the outcome will be worth it! I specialize in anxiety and depression symptom relief and stress management. I provide individual therapy for individuals 18 and over and have been in the mental health field for 9 years.
