I bring over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, having worked in a variety of roles & settings that inform my approach to therapy. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, & chronic illness, with specialized training in perinatal mental health. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, & the complex emotional shifts that come with caregiving & life changes.
