For the past 9 years, I have helped children and families navigate life's difficulties through my work in domestic violence, homeless shelters, child abuse, and in schools. This work has equipped me with the tools to help alleviate client stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Session activities may include relaxation skills, meditation, mindfulness, problem solving, or learning a new skill. The most important thing here is the relationship, and I pride myself on building strong relationships with my clients through genuineness, support, and a touch of humor.
