Hello, my name is Alexia Totoro and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor who has been active in the field of mental and behavioral health for over 10 years. Overall, I have diverse experiences revolving around my desire to continue to empower individuals to find their most authentic selves. My clinical perspective is warm, genuine, non-judgmental, person-centered, and goal-oriented. I am focused on the here and now and I want to know what is important to you and how we can move you towards your mental wellness goals. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical-behavioral therapy. Your treatment plan will be individualized and tailored to fit your specific needs. I have primarily worked adolescents, adults, and older adult populations in individual and group therapy. I have also worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma.
