I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and elements of Clinical Hypnotherapy for those who are interested in trying it. I am a Board Certified Hypnotherapist. My primary focus is ensuring you and I establish healthy rapport. I think this is the most important part of the process and sets the state for growth.
