I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), doctoral student in Counseling Education and Supervision at the University of the Cumberlands, and university instructor in the Clinical Psychology Department at the United Arab Emirates University. I have extensive experience working with adults in university and outpatient settings, as well as with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, which has strengthened my commitment to inclusive and culturally sensitive care.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, drawing from approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Art Therapy.
Through a mind-body and resiliency-based approach, I help clients regain emotional balance, integrate parts of self, and build on their strengths. My goal is to empower individuals to embrace wholeness, cultivate emotional maturity, and actively engage in their healing process.
