As a therapist with over 14 years of experience, I help adults and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and insomnia develop practical coping tools and learn how to calm and regulate their mind, body, and emotions, so they can move out of chronic fight-or-flight and into greater balance and resilience. My integrative, trauma-informed approach combines EMDR, somatic and polyvagal practices, and evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I also help clients clarify and live in alignment with their personal values because when we act from what truly matters to us, we often find greater calm, happiness, meaning, and motivation.
I’m guided by mindful self-compassion and the understanding that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. While I’m not a medical doctor, my work is informed by functional medicine and a whole-person perspective to support lasting wellbeing and alignment in both mind and body.
Beyond my clinical work, I’m passionate about healthspan, wellness, fitness, and travel, as well as learning, personal growth, and finding joy in everyday life. I believe in living fully, having fun, and creating space for both purpose and play, values I also bring into my work with clients.
