I specialize in working with parents, expectant or new mothers, and kids of all ages, including very little kids.
I work from an attachment based perspective with you and/or your kiddo to build your relationships and security. We will utilize play, art, reflection and conversation to discover what your strengths are and how to use them to minimize unwanted emotions or behaviors. I also enjoy taking a holistic perspective on mental health and can incorporate different techniques to help regulate your system and recognize the different ways our bodies and minds function. I do not believe in a one size fit all approach, so we will look at your unique circumstances from ALL angles and consider all the factors that may be a barrier to mental health. There’s nothing more fulfilling then connecting with yourself and your kids, and I can help you reach YOUR goals more powerfully by building your bond, empowering you, and helping you harness the tools you already have to heal.
