I came to the counseling profession later in life, shaped by my own seasons of hardship and transformation. These experiences gave me deep compassion for those walking through pain and a passion for helping others find healing, hope, and joy—even in difficult times.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Bible, Counseling, and Youth Ministry. I’ve served youth, women, moms, and individuals living with anxiety, depression, life adjustments, relationship issues, trauma, and chronic pain. I offer a steady, empathetic presence grounded in both personal experience and professional training.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, shame-free space where people feel heard, valued, and supported. My approach blends evidence-based practices with a focus on gratitude and resilience. My Christian faith informs my perspective, and I’m happy to incorporate biblical principles when clients desire it, while always providing compassionate, client-centered care tailored to each person’s values. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
