I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the mental health field for over 13 years. I focus on treating issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, developing healthier relationships, and navigating life. I have worked with clients in all stages of life, from children to adults in their nineties. I believe in the abilities of all people, regardless of age, to participate in therapy toward healthy change. I take a strengths-based approach with all clients, believing that it is my job to help my clients discover their own inner strength and wisdom in the face of their life challenges. I feel honored to do this work that allows me to journey with clients toward greater emotional well-being. I look forward to working with you.
