Hi There! I am Amanda Harrington, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been practicing as a therapist for 12 years. I have a lot of experience working with adults, adolescents and couples, with a variety of life's concerns and stressors to include: anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship challenges, adjusting to life changes, grief, communication skills, rebuilding trust, and work-life challenges to name a few. I use an array of counseling techniques, to include, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Psychotherapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I became a therapist because I have a great passion for people and I believe that, with the right support, we all have the ability to overcome, one day at a time.
