As your therapist, my first and main goal is to find the root cause of the problematic symptoms and behaviors to help you better understand what is going on, why, and how to heal from them. I strive to get to the point and not waste your time as our time together is valuable. I use a collaborative approach and will offer a variety of evidence-based techniques to deepen your healing journey. Let’s get you feeling better! My main specialties are in trauma, suicidality (or crisis/high severity), substance addiction, sexual addictions, integration of faith, personality disorders, mood disorders, depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders. I have worked with military personnel, incarcerated individuals, acutely distressed individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. I am EMDR trained with an ART and IFS emphasis and it is a main modality I offer to treat trauma, PTSD, and many other symptoms.
