I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who obtained my Masters of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University in 2015.
Throughout my career, I have always had a true passion for working with individuals from all walks of life to ensure they meet their self-identified goals for treatment. I believe in utilizing an individualized strengths-based holistic approach and I am a strong advocate for my clients right to self-determination.
As a certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist, I utilize mindfulness based techniques that assists with identifying triggers to the individuals thoughts, feelings, and actions. This type of therapy coaches clients to use more effective ways to manage their responses to triggers and teaches tangible skills to improve overall functioning.
When I am out of the office, I play a ton of tennis, listen to true crime podcasts, and spend time with my dog and cat.
