I have been living in Oregon for 16 years, but prior to moving here I traveled and lived all over the world, as well as in 10 different states. I love trying new things and I have a passion for learning about anything and everything. I consider myself to be an oddball, but feel like that helps me connect on deeper levels with people. I use a holistic approach to support healing to address the entire spectrum of trauma and experiences. Therapy can be intimidating, but I believe healing can only happen in a non-judgmental environment and I work to create that space and to help you hold it for yourself. I have a highly cooperative approach to therapy because I believe you are your own expert and I don't know everything, but starting off on this path feels impossible to do on your own.
