Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck—even when life looks “fine” on the outside? You’re not alone. Many adults seek therapy when stress, anxiety, or past experiences begin to weigh more heavily than expected. I work with adults—who want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and gentle, with a strong focus on nervous-system regulation and trauma-informed care. Therapy with me is not about pushing or reliving pain—it’s about building stability, insight, and internal trust. I am certified in Brainspotting, Heart Math, Rest and Restore Protocol, EMDR-trained and Internal Family Systems level 1 trained. My goal is to help you feel more steady, present, and resourced. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. If something here resonates, I invite you to reach out and see whether working together feels like a good fit. You’re welcome just as you are.
