I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, children, and couples. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral concerns, life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship conflicts, work and academic challenges, and emotional dysregulation. I have nearly 20 years of experience, am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and I’m currently a PhD candidate & APA member. An accurate assessment, combined with the right approach for each client, is key. I tailor sessions to individual needs, offering a supportive and collaborative space. I help clients identify patterns, build emotional insight, and develop tools to manage challenges, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin, I offer support and guidance in a space free of judgment. When you're ready, I’ll be here to walk with you at your own pace.
