I specialize in trauma.. the big "T's" and the little ones. I have experience working with sexual assault, complex PTSD, moral injury, addictions, and grief. I will challenge you... I'm direct but kind, and I use humor when I can for the both of us. I am an EMDR therapist who often integrates IFS and views relationships from an attachment lens.
