Therapy is a collaborative effort towards increasing knowledge and empowerment. Asking for help is the first step on your healing journey. I have 19 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults within the context of individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy and family therapy. I seek to help clients move through challenging times by building on their strengths and increasing awareness of their internal and external resources. My clinical areas of experience are crisis management, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, trauma and abuse.
