I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of NJ. I have been practicing Cognitve behavioral therapy for 20 plus years . I use a dialectical approach focusing on skills to improve mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. I work with all age groups and also have a certificate in gerontology. I have worked in many settings including schools and hospitals. I like to incorporate a warm style to my counseling practice helping clients to feel genuinely cared for and respected.
