I have experience with DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Therapy is not one size fits all and it’s important to use skills and techniques that will help you reach your individual goals. I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, authenticity, and my own lived experience.
