I'm Ashley Buffington, LPC. I'm a warm and compassionate therapist and certified spiritual director. I have 15 years of experiencing ranging from non-profit setting, addiction treatment, and group/private practice. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for healing from trauma, reducing anxiety, and increasing well-being. I use EMDR and mindfulness-based CBT to help people achieve their goals. I also gently implement Christian spirituality into sessions ONLY upon request from clients.
