Is therapy something you have always wanted to try and just haven't found the right fit?  I feel a strong therapeutic relationship is the first step in making true progress within therapy. I feel my approach will help you feel comfortable and safe in a clinical setting. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, Connecticut and North Carolina. I have worked within this field for 15+ years, providing clinical therapy for 10 of those years. I have experience working with diverse populations ranging from children and adolescents in residential facilities; children and adolescents in a school setting; individuals and families who have experienced trauma; and couples, children and adults in outpatient settings. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents and couples using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused , Client Centered and Trauma Focused in order for clients to reach their own potential. I also believe that the therapeutic relationship is important for allowing people to realize their capacity for change.
