Hello! My name is Ashley Warren, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, or therapist for short. I specialize in helping people navigate through difficult phases in their lives, identity issues, low self-esteem, and trauma. During our first session, we will have a conversation where I will introduce myself and explain my approach to therapy and the therapeutic process. We will take the time to explore your background and life journey thoroughly. I welcome any questions you may have during this session, as it can help build trust and rapport. I derive strength from my ability to remain patient and support people who require it. As a therapist, I believe that my strengths lie in my capacity to listen intently, understand each individual's unique perspective, and empathize with them. Rather than relying solely on interventions or therapeutic tools, I prioritize building a strong connection with my clients.
