I am a dually licensed Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol counselor in the state of New Hampshire and state of Massachusetts with over ten years of experience in working with adults. My therapy approach is client centered focused on your individual needs. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). I am committed to treating each client with dignity, empathy, and respect. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is one the most important factors in successful outcomes in therapy.
