I also specialize in treating those struggling with self-harming behaviors, past suicide attempts, and suicidal ideations. The goal is to learn and apply lifelong skills that will enhance your journey in the pursuit of healthy relationships, family cohesion, managing your emotions positively, and managing stressful situations.
