You are struggling to manage painful feelings and it is spilling into multiple areas of your life — sabotaging meaningful relationships and disrupting your work life. It is difficult to focus on a task for more than a few minutes before you are sucked into the negative thought spiral. Past experiences haunt you, driving you to use those self-destructive behaviors you thought you left behind. It is difficult to imagine a life where you are content and feel safe. There is hope. I will work with you to secure the inner peace you have been seeking. In our work together, you will gain an understanding of neurobiology, body awareness, and learn mindfulness skills. You will build the coping strategies that will help you get through distress with resilience so you can live the life you want. Open to working with children/adolescents 12 years and older.
