I believe we can live our best lives by being intentional about how we take care of ourselves, and mental health is at the heart of well-being. My specializations include working with clients suffering from adjustment disorder, depression, anxiety, grief and loss counseling, work-related stress, interpersonal issues, life transitions, and substance abuse issues. Through a strength-based person-centered methodology, I empower and motivate my clients in the therapeutic process toward their identified goals.
