My name is Dr Mary Muhammad and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. I work with individuals of all racial, gender, sexual, and cultural identities on nutrition for mental health, life transitions, relationships, motherhood, Anxiety/Panic, stress, addiction, trauma, and more. As a therapist, my mission is to empower individuals and families in reclaiming their peace through natural and holistic behavioral health services. My approach promotes increasing clarity and alignment of personal values, upholding boundaries, increasing skills to navigate life challenges, and feeling empowered over one’s health and life.
