Hi, I’m Carrie. I became a therapist because I know firsthand how powerful it is to feel seen, supported, and accepted, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time. I offer a warm, judgment-free space where you don’t need to have it all figured out, and where we can explore what healing looks like for you.
I specialize in working with people who are dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck. My approach is compassion-focused, person-centered, and strength-based, meaning we’ll work together to quiet your inner critic, reconnect with your strengths, and build a kinder relationship with yourself.
Outside of sessions, I love playing video games, spending time with my partner and our dog, enjoying cozy nights in, and savoring quiet moments. Therapy can feel human and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
