I earned an undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and an MSW from Aurora University. I am well versed in trauma and crisis therapy, and I am committed to helping clients become the best version of themselves. In addition to my clinical experience, I have training in happiness coaching, hypnotherapy, crisis prevention, and I am a certified yoga teacher. I am also a published author and use my book, “Writing with Love: A Guided Journal for Couples,” to help clients strengthen their relationships. In therapy, I create a warm and supportive environment and incorporate extensive therapeutic training and mindfulness into treatment plans.
