I am believer in living a life in balance. This may mean aligning behaviors with one’s core values; accepting a difficult change; or exploring the healing nature of the mind and body connection. When we learn to effectively cope with the unpredictable challenges in life, we are better equipped to thrive within them. As a counselor, I take a cognitive-behavioral and humanistic approach to helping clients explore the driving factors behind their thoughts, feelings, and actions in the pursuit of optimal wellness. I believe in strengths-based approaches to treatment and holistic wellness outcomes. As a fellow human, I strive to see every person as a whole complex being who is capable of healing and growth. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, disordered eating, low self-worth, difficult relationships, and substance abuse. Let’s get started.
