In my practice, I emphasize empowerment and self-acceptance. I work with adolescents, and adults to help them stride towards controlling behavioral or emotional patterns that cause significant impairment in personal functioning, within the family, work, or school environment. This, in turn, allows the client and therapist relationship to develop mutual trust and respect, ensuring the client develops coping skills to use effectively.
