I understand that individuals are continually adapting to their surroundings and doing their best to manage amongst systemic, environmental, and interpersonal stressors. In my therapy sessions, I offer a space for clients to process their experiences and develop healthy coping strategies. I have extensive experience over the past 15 years supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
I believe that achieving wellness requires a holistic approach, considering the mind, body, and spirit. My therapeutic style integrates these elements as we explore the tools necessary to support a healthy lifestyle for lasting change. In my own life, I prioritize my wellness by spending time doing things that bring me joy, such as being with friends & my cats, staying active (I'm also a personal trainer!), and traveling around the world to explore different cultures and cuisines. I also have a passion for reading both fiction novels and non-fiction books related to evolving methods to best assist my clients.
