I'm a clinical psychologist dedicated to being a mindful collaborator along your wellness journey. I believe in the process of reflection, learning, acceptance, and self-care as contributors to a healthy, whole self. Although the majority of my work is with anxiety, trauma, stress-management, mood symptoms, and life adjustments, I have supported individuals working with an array of behavioral health challenges. I have worked for over 15 years as a psychologist in private practice, hospitals, and telemedicine. Most often, therapy will include mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused care, and experiential treatment. My goal is to walk with you on this health journey and to help facilitate the changes necessary to achieve peace, joy, and overall wellness.
