I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience working with both children and adults. I specialize in treating those with a history of traumatic experiences, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, women's issues, and adjustment problems impacting functioning in one or more areas of life. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities during sessions. Most notably, I am trained in several evidence-based techniques, including EMDR, DBT, and TF-CBT. Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness and somatic exercises, and tailor the structure of sessions to suit the client's age. I also offer faith-based therapy for clients who wish to incorporate their Christian faith into their treatment.
