I am passionate about helping people achieve the goals that foster mental health and wellness. My focus is simply you, the client. I know that in today’s world, life and living can be challenging, however I truly believe that it is within these challenges that we are presented with the greatest opportunity for personal strength and development. As your therapist, I am willing to come alongside you to support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. I am currently a Ph.D candidate pursuing my doctoral degree in counseling. I desire to add my knowledge and experience in creating mental health awareness and program development that encourage and enhance the availability and utilization of mental health services.
