Are you feeling emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from your body and mind? I specialize in helping adults reconnect with themselves using a holistic lens — exploring how mental, emotional, and physical health intersect.
My approach is short-term, practical, and whole-person focused. We might explore how nutrition, sleep, stress, and emotional patterns impact your mood — and use that insight to build sustainable routines that support clarity, calm, and connection.
In therapy, I integrate CBT, DBT-informed tools, psychoeducation, and mind-body strategies. Clients often work with me on:
Emotional regulation and stress management
Improving energy, focus, and nervous system balance
Identifying burnout patterns and shifting daily habits
Creating supportive lifestyle routines — including healthy boundaries
If you often find yourself saying yes when you mean no, feeling overwhelmed by others' expectations, or unsure how to protect your time and energy, we'll work together to build boundary-setting skills that feel empowering and aligned.
You'll leave sessions with personalized tools and insight you can use between sessions — even after our work ends.
While many clients complete their work within the short-term EAP model, those interested in continuing care may be referred to additional services outside of Spring Health that allow for more in-depth, integrative work.
Please note: I respond to messages during my clinical hours only (Monday–Wednesday + Saturday) and do not provide crisis services between sessions. I believe in modeling healthy boundaries in the therapeutic relationship — so you can feel safe practicing them in your own life.
