Being able to perform well on your job is extremely important. Unfortunately, stress at work or in our personal lives often affects our ability to do so. Sometimes it’s our current situation that makes it difficult for us to focus and perform well. Sometimes it’s experiences from the past that threaten our peace in the present. In my experience as a therapist, I have helped clients overcome these issues using cognitive based therapies, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and modalities such as EMDR and tapping.
