I provide a comfortable and non-judgmental place where you can explore your feelings, identify problems, and stop the cycle of anxiety, negative thinking and hopelessness. I help people struggling with their anxious critical thoughts and difficult emotions find hope. I teach you how to stop the 'what if's' and enjoy the present moment.
