With over 20 years of experience in mental health, my education and training has focused on understanding people from all different backgrounds and walks of life. We all experience or will experience emotional turmoil, health issues, and major life stressors. I utilize multiple modalities and experienced working with individuals, couples/families from diverse backgrounds and presenting with various concerns. Person Centered is one of my favorite modalities as I enjoy seeing a client take lead in their own life. I provide an open, safe, and non-judgmental space to voice your thoughts, emotions, or fears. I also explore with you and coping mechanisms and assist you in building the appropriate coping skills to tackle these challenges. You will become more effective in your personal and work life.
